One of Sue Swerdlow's favorite subjects is the depiction of exotic women in the context of their culture, lifestyle and mythology. The portraits in the Exotic Women series show a beautiful blending of Eurasian, African and Polynesians representing women in all their artistry and grace. These renderings evoke the sensuous and mysterious wonderment of women.
